This rosette accredited hotel in Derbyshire is looking for an experienced Snr CDP/Jnr Sous Chef to join the brigade in the rosette kitchen to deputise and support the Head Chef.

All applicants must have rosette experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to take responsibility within the kitchen and assist the Head Chef run and maintain standards and efficiency within the brigade. This is an excellent opportunity for a jnr Sous chef or Snr Chef de Partie to progress to a higher, leadership role within the industry.
