This hotel is looking to recruit a snr/ Chef de Partie to join this successful brigade.
This position will suit a chef de Partie or an existing snr chef de Partie looking to develop and learn. The position would offer excellent training. They are looking for a passionate chef that is looking to develop and learn new skills within this family run property.
All applicants must have worked at chef de Partie level within a busy fresh food operation
You will be a great all rounder capable of running all sections and stepping up to the mark in senior chef absence
The job will entail:
? Following high standards in the kitchen
? Ensure ready for service
? Understand all menus and mise en place
? Workstation clean and tidy
? To assist senior management
? To assist with the training of all junior chefs
