Commercial Financial Advisor - South East

Business Financial Planner is required within the South East area covering Hampshire, Berkshire, Sussex, Surrey, Kent and Isle of Wight.

Due to tremendous growth and market success NFU Mutual has an exciting opportunity in Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey and Kent for regional based qualified Business Financial Planner to manage and develop the SME portfolio.

As Business Financial Planner you will be integral to the Agency network by working in partnership with the Agents and Agencies staff by offering financial reviews to SME customers advising on pension plans, employee benefit packages, key man insurance, shareholder protection and partnership planning whilst adhering to all compliance and regulatory requirements. The Business Financial Planner will develop long term customer relationships to maximise cross selling opportunities by regular contact and the provision of ongoing best advice and service. You will strengthen the NFU Mutual brand by developing new business and referrals and will also be responsible for conducting regular performance reviews with the introducer to ensure that appropriate action plans are in place to meet target appointments and KPIs.

You must have proven success within pensions, investments and finance sales ideally within the SME market and have the ability to build relationships and contribute to the overall growth of the business whilst ensuring that you meet the regulatory compliance regulations and KPIs. All applicants will be either FPC 1, 2, 3 or CF 1 to 5 qualified and have obtained the JO3, JO4 and JO5 qualification or equivalent of G10, G30 and G60.
