If you are experiencing problems with Cookies, try the following:
For Internet Explorer users, open up Internet Explorer and click on "Tools" and then "Internet options". Then click on the tab that says "security", and select the "custom level" option. A list of security options will appear. Scroll down until you find the options relating to "cookies", and check that "enable" is selected (one option will be for enabling cookies that are stored on your computer, and one for enabling per-session cookies). Once you have done this, click on "OK" to return to the Internet Explorer.
If you still experience problems, try clearing your cookies. On Internet Explorer select the Tools menu, then click on the 'General' tab, then click the 'Delete Cookies' button. Once you’ve done this, close the browser window and restart Internet Explorer and try accessing the site again.
